We were driving and looking at Christmas lights and I looked North and saw 3 red spheres in the sky making a perfect triangle. Then within 20 seconds one vanished. The two remaining we're flying slowly in our direction. Then the second slowly disappeared. We saw the third one for about five more minutes. I've seen apache helicopter practice landing at Lincoln airport and it wasn't the same. These objects seemed to be rotating but my wife and I couldn't be sure. They were right above Beale Air Force base. I thought they might be remote control helicopters but they seemed like they were miles in the sky. I see fighter jets flying way up in that area almost every night. My wife said that she wished our son was older so we could say it was Rudolph the Rednose reindeer because it was Christmas eve. I've lived in Lincoln for 2 1/2 years and look in the sky every night and have never seen anything like this.
