A fiery ball, appearing to look like a helicopter on fire with no sound or other lights for 4-5 minutes in one spot before flying eastDriving home after New Years fireworks, amongst the Fireworks I noticed a low fiery light that never fell or blew up. I watched it for a minute waiting for what I thought was a "firework" to react, but it just stood in the sky. As we were driving it still stayed in the same spot and we got just about beneath it. It was low and appeared as if something was on fire. It never made any sound or had any flames dropping as if a plane or helicopter were on fire. I definitely don't know of any firework to stay in the air for longer than a minute or so let alone 5 minutes, silently at that. It stayed in the same spot for about 2-3 minutes, before I mentioned it to the driver. We pulled over to get a better look. After fumbling for our phones to record and take pictures for a minute or so, it started to fly east like airplane speed and disappeared in the clouds. It was very low like a helicopter, staying in one spot, and it looked like something was on fire or a fiery ball.
