While playing my guitar in the front of my home, I observed a square balloon-like object moving directly toward me from the north-west for about three minutes. The object appeared to rotate and was shiny on one side and black on the other. A Dobbins AFB jet on regular sortie flight pattern flew below and to the south of the object and the object descended and disappeared from sight. The object then reappeared a good distance to the South-west in just a few seconds. I thought that I had lost the object in the sunlight which was behind me to my left (south) but the airplane was still visible. It wasn't until I reviewed the video when I realized that it actually disappeared on the video also. I am unclear of what this object was. It didn't seem much smaller than the airplane flying by but it was hard to tell the distance but it appeared to be smaller than the airplane when it flew pass. I attempted to video the object when it reappeared but my video did not show anything.
