1st sighting --- Feb 23, 2014 - In Marco Island FL on vacation. Sitting on my balcony on 6th floor overlooking gulf of Mexico. Night was clear with no clouds and light and variable winds at approx 9PM with my wife and daughter. Our balcony was slightly obstructed by a few palm trees and also a building slightly to the right of our balcony. The building was not as high as our balcony but could not see the the entire view of the gulf. I noticed an electric blue light in the distance {solid color}at a Southwest position - size of the North star. My eyes were immediately drawn to the color as I've never seen an aircraft with that color light. The light was just hovering in the sky then quickly moved to the left of its original position. Traveled about 12 inches {from my view}. At this time - it was behind a palm tree but you could still see it partially through the leaves. It then hovered for about 10 seconds and made another quick move to the left {about 4 inches}and and made approx a 90 degree fast turn up and stopped. It then came back the same exact way to the right and once again I had an obstructed view with palm trees. Stayed at that location for approx 10 seconds and the object began to change colors from electric blue to a bright pink then just disappeared.I had my daughter grab my cell which has a video camera and managed to take a quick video. I had to lay on the floor of the balcony to capture the image {between palm tree leaves} but could not get a good view. Because the view was so poor - I was unable to capture the object turning pink. Everyone was amazed at that point. Approximately 15 minutes later, my daughter noticed that the object was back but it was dimmer and farther southwest than the first time sighted. I took my phone and ran to the pool area {5th floor} and watched the object get brighter {electric blue}The object hovered and began to pulsate pink and blue {the video attached is very shaky, the object was stationary for the most part, the movement was from me holding camera phone}As the object hovered and pulsated pink and blue it began to descend at a slow pace. Unfortunately, the descent I did not capture, I was trying to watch with my naked eyes and camera at same time. It descended out of my view behind a building. {The video isnt that great and seeing the object in person had better clarity}There are 2 videos attached with this sighting - 1 fast and crappy and 1 in better condition. You'll notice the object get larger - that was me zooming in.2nd sighting -same night about 40 minutes later.After witnessing the first event, I decided to walk to the beach to see if I could see it again, hopefully to get a better view and also to see if anyone was on the beach, possibly flying a remote helicopter - No one was on beach... I stood on the beach and looked around the sky. Lots of stars, crescent moon. I looked to my south west position over the gulf and saw nothing. Within 5 minutes a red faint blinking light appeared. I started to video but could not capture on video because it was too faint. As I watched this light it then became two lights. The original light was still faint red but the second light was brighter. The objects just sort of sat in the same position. I began to video and you 'll see 3/4 through the video both lights. I also made sure to put a high rise building in view at times {to the right} I videoed for about 2 minutes and eventually the objects moved slowly out of view to the right, past the buildings.
