Was watching TV, the Sabres hockey game. At the end of the second period I got up and looked out the front window looking due south, something we do a lot . We live out in the country and enjoy watching the deer feed under our bird feeder. It was a clear cold dark nite. No clouds. Once I pulled the curtains open, I saw this very bright pulsating light just above the tree line to the south south east. We have binoculars on the window sill for viewing critters. I looked thru them and watched the pulsating light and noticed a police car thru the woods on Keller Hill Rd with the lights flashing, I believe they were pretty close to each other. I watched the pulsating light and the patrol car then the pulsating light moved up slightly and moved slightly to the left and east. At this point it turned bright yellow hovered for 30 seconds, blinked twice and was gone. This sighting lasted about one min.
