My sister and I were on our way to a friends cupcake event, we were driving north on I45 between Wilmer Tx and Dallas Tx before the I30 exit. I looked out my window I was on the passengers side because I saw lights out of the corner of my eye. I saw what I first thought was a plane except it would of been too low and it was just hovering there. I asked my sister what the hell is that she said oh it's a plane. I asked her well aren't planes supposed to move. There were 6 round bright white lights at first they were not flashing, then they started flashing I was trying to open my camera to get a video and it just vanished. We looked all over for it but we couldn't locate it again. We don't know what we saw but we can't be the only ones that saw it.
