I am not sure what time it started but I noticed it around 20:30 (8:30pm). There were strange moving lights under the clouds in the sky. At first looked like two moving circles, then changed to a 'V' like shape then one streak of light. The light moved around the same place for more than an hour. Didn't see when it ended - left it still in motion.
