I have a photo I would like to submit. I did not see the object until I looked at the photo. At the time, my camera had some internal debris that caused round blurs on the photos. I have since had it cleaned by the manufacturer. Anyway, I was using Adobe to take out the dark spots. I thought this object was one of the dark spots made by my camera. When I looked closer, it looked like a solid object rather than a blur. It was probably six months after taking the photo that I noticed the object. You will see the object in the upper right qaudrant of the photo.I took a series of prints. This is the only one to survive. The rest were stored on an external storage device that failed. The device was sent to the manufacturer in hopes of retrieving the photos but they could not be saved. The storage device was sent before I found the object in this photo. My husband and I wanted the photos of our trip to Hawaii. Unfortunately, they were lost.I do not know if this is anything you might be interested in or not. I have been thinking about sending it to you for a while but have never gotten around to it until now. I hope it is useful. We were on the north side of Mauna Kea on the Mana Road, looking South. The observatories were visible that day. The skies were unusually clear that day.My husband and I (ages 68 and 59) have been visiting the Big Island for the last 15 years or so. We go for four weeks every year, if not longer. Our family has a condominium in Keauhou.
