as my wife and I took a break from watching t.v., we let our dogs out for the being time tonight; when I looked at our clear sky tonight and noticed the moon bright as it was noticed something in the air flashing lights. I asked my wife what that was and she said its a plane. I said no and pointed out a plane flying. this was above the tree line and it looked sort of like a chevron, but almost like a curved fixture. I have seen satellites in the sky and this object was not moving. there was lights coming from it, almost what looks like a star like kind of light. I have an app on my phone google sky map; I used the moon as a reference saw the moon, Jupiter, Sirius, but this was not it. I also saw the star as I was looking at it from the moon down to the left called procoyn. that did not match up to the light of the object. I have a video on my phone, if you email me back I will send it to you. I honestly do not know what I saw.
