Was standing in side yard and saw object, a round blue-green light moving from my right to my left descending at less than 100 mph at about a 30 degree angle, higher than the closest trees, no sound, no tail, just a round circle of glowing blue green light. The object appeared to be less than a mile from me. I drove my 4 wheeler towards the area that it would have landed or hit the ground but could not get close enough to see anything. This is a very rural area. It did not look like a meteor and was going a lot slower than any meteor that I have ever seen. I thought wow, it might be a UFO. The time was about 535 am on July 18, 2014.
