On Saturday, July 19, 2014, around 10:00 p.m., during a very light rain, I was walking my dog. I saw a circle of white light in the sky. It moved from right to left, another circle moved from left to right, two more circles repeated the process. There were two circles on top and two on the bottom. They moved simultaneously, touched and separated quickly. The movements continued in the same pattern. I walked for about 20 minutes and the circles of light continued the entire time I walked. I did not have my phone with me. I went home, grabbed my phone and went on the balcony to video because the circles were still moving. I was unable to get any video footage. My phone would not record.
