The following account is submitted by investigator David Kreiter as informed by an email from a friend and co-worker of the sole witness: According to the friend and co-worker of the witness, the primary witness,who is a police officer in Muscatine, Iowa was on patrol when he noticed a white light that appeared to be moving across the sky. He pulled over into a public facility parking lot to observe the object that was also being recorded on his dash-cam video recorder. The object was in the southeastern sky. Video of the event might be provided to this investigator.
