Sitting out side of mothers house with my mother, wife and sister in the country with no light pollution smoking a cigarette. my mother and wife both noticed a star at the same time moving in one direction. the first time it just slowly faded over a 2 mi period heading north bound in the atmosphere or higher. 5 mins later 3 planes in different directions were flying with apparent plane lighting. then 15 minutes after heading south east something that looked the same with single light brightened and dimmed slowly for five minutes in same direction till dimmed out. neither not had a tail like a comet. we were amazed at this sight knowing for a fact it was not a plane. we lost sight of first one as it faded out completely. not sure if was same object but second sighting it went out of sight beyond the hill in our back yard. still well above normal plane flight altitude. looked as if in space.
