4 Bright orange lights over ocean in Manzanita, OR, 8/2/2014My friend and I were walking along the beach when we seen 4 orange round objects in the lower sky. One went away, came back, then disappeared. They were all moving short spurts in the sky, up, down then laterally, stopping and moving again. Lasted for 5-10 minutes. They were in the sky to the left of Neahkahnie Mountain, not far above the horizon. It ended and we didn't see them again.
