my daughter was outside walking her dog, when she called me on the phone to hurry up and get out front, their are some crazy neon blue lights up in the sky and its crazy, I rushed outside and she pointed to the north just above the large treeline, and fricken wow, it looked like an oval bright blue like an LED blue, and it was big , then poof its gone, then its back but way over to almost west heading, then it gets smaller, then larger, the speed makes it unlikely to be plane or helicopter, and a plane did go right past it, it didnt seem to notice, we watched it for about 45 minutes, got the whole family out to see it, a police car went thru the neiborhood, but I dont know if he saw it or not, the last time it blinked out it never reapeared, so thata all. Now im sittin here wondering what the hell did we just see???
