Higher than the moon. It almost looks like a star. It has lights instead of it lights in side of it. Red, blue, green and changes shapes. Moves in small increments. Have been watching it for three or four nights. Sitting in the sky. It stays there. It does not leave. Sat at 12 o'clock position above the moon. The light is in the sky between 10 p.m. and 12 a.m. The object moved west to east. It was much higher than the moon. Saw this object three nights in a row and around the same time.
