While standing in the parking lot at 1155 Virginia Ave with two friends, we witnessed two bright lights in the northeastern sky. At first it appeared like they were two stars, but there was no twinkling. Since we were extremely close to Hartsfield-Jackson airport we knew they could be airplanes, but they didn't move or have blinking navigation lights. We saw them right around 8:05pm. All three of us saw them. After looking at them for about 20 seconds, both twin lights faded slowly at the exact same time/pacing and then disappeared. We stared for about 5 more minutes and they didn't reappear. No clouds were in that part of the sky. There were two lights. Exact same brightness. One was positioned around the 2 o'clock position of the other.
