I live in Bluff City Tn. and somewhere around 9/10/14 i saw a white cigar shaped object in a clear blue sky heading south, but could not tell how high it was, but this time i had the reference of a jet contrail that it was heading toward. The airliner appeared about the size of a flea, so i believe it was around 35/40 thousand feet and heading west. The ufo was about the size of a cooked, puffed up grain of rice. I kept watching to see if it passed over or under the jet contrails to give me a reference as to size and height. it passed over the contrail by a good margin, so it must have been many times the size of the airliner judging by their respective sizes. I have seen this thing several times a couple of times heading north. One time i saw it heading south toward a transparent cloud that i could see through, and see a contrail behind. when it got to the edge of the cloud i could no longer see it although the contrail was still visible. a few minutes later the cloud dissipated.
