similar to case #61015. My husband and I took a walk out into the cow field down the street to see Antaries Rocket Launch. Just heard the mission had been delayed till tonight and blew up upon clearing the launch pad.AT about 6:45 we saw a bright light in the sky, larger than any star or plane. It first appeared at the horizon and climbed. We also remarked on how slow it was going, straight up, then started arcing to the left. Thinking it was starting to get into the orbit of the earth. After maybe 10- 12 minutes, we thought we saw enough and started home.The light was bright and cylindrical (longer than wide). The brightness remained constant. There was a cloud in the near distance (maybe over the next town) and we were surprised when we could see the "Antaries rocket" through the cloud as it was climbing.What did we see if it wasn't Antaries?
