I was standing outside and when I looked up at the clouds I noticed that a light was circling in the clouds. This has never happened before here, at least not to my knowledge, and it's really weird. I could hear dogs from all over the neighborhood going berzerk. The light didn't seem to be a spot light, there was no light coming from anywhere else (like, from the ground) and it's shape didn't stay consistant. It sort of looked like a being of light was running around a track in the clouds, going at the same velocity, but would come closer together or farther apart, making it seem as though it gets faster or slower. Another weird thing is that the airport is in the opposite direction and I could clearly see a one of those lit jets that fly across the sky at night a lot go by, but it didn't affect or be affected by it, albeit that it wasn't that close. It was just a really weird experience. I'm not saying it's aliens or any extraterestrial beings, but it's a U.F.O. nonetheless. (or U.C.L. Unidentified Circling Light. lol)
