at first I thought it was a large balloon, but when I got closer I noticed no lines attached to it and it was stationary. then we noticed smoke likeemissions from the object. but then I thought smoke will rise, but this was falling to the ground. Like vapor from dry ice. I watched it for over a half hour and it didn't move. we were out in Amish country just riding around looking at the scenery, this was on a back road (gravel) when we saw this. I stopped the car and watched it for about a half hour then we had to move to let another car coming up behind us.how long it was there I don't know because we had to move on to let traffic continue.the object looked to be at least75 feet round, and the emission from it was falling to the ground like smoke.later some time in Oct. 2014 we were going to the store to pick up some needed items and it was around 9:PM and dark and we noticed some lights in the sky which for red,blue,green and yellow. it was very high but it didn't move, we drove around for an hour and a half trying to get closer to it but we couldn't get any roads to take us closer to this object. the next day I went out to the area in which we saw this object, to satisfy my self that there were no towers in this area. Being a pilot my self I knew this was not a plane and towers do not have different color lights. what it was I do not know.
