bright golden object, like egg shaped but longer, intense gold light. woke from nightmares only to have a smoke out my east facing window. looked up and seen this bright gold object moving over city, checked for iss on app on phone and was not in vicinity and then shone a laser at it, at that point it stopped dead in its tracks going due north and proceeded due east. then I heard jets, looked up and two fighter jets racing across the sky towards it. then a passenger jet after them. object kept moving until out of sight. no sound from object at all.
