I was out on my deck smoking and looking directly West at the sky. I noticed around eight separate contrails from different objects but could not see the objects and thought to my self that it was very strange because planes cannot fly that close together or they would crash into each other. Then after about a minute I saw a low plane flying under the trails. It was very far under the trails so I knew it had not generated them. Then that plane flew away and I saw one of the trails go completely straight up in the air. I thought to myself that cannot be a plane because it was going straight up like a roller coaster would do. I ran in the kitchen and got my phone and started taking pictures. It was completely vertical. Then after about a minute or two of going straight up it moved toward my house coming south east. I watched it as it went over my house and the object in front of the trails was gold and glowing and oval/egg shaped. It did not look like a plane and I was directly under it. I kept taking pictures. It was moving fairly slow. Then it left my viewing site. Very strange incident. I looked at the pictures and blew them up on my phone and as I thought it was not a plane. I kept going over it in my head and just kept thinking how it went completely vertical and straight up in the air before it turned and went over my house. The other odd feature was the bright gold color.
