Two lights appeared for about 5 seconds and then disappeared without moving in any direction.I was sky-watching at 10:30 pm EST. South from my location a pair of lights "turned on" for about 5 seconds, and then "turned off" again. They were side by side, the light on the left was white and the light on the right was green. They didn't move in any direction, just came on and went back off.
