It was a very clear night on my husbands family farm in Nebraska. My husband and I were in town for a family reunion and decided to go camping on a family members 80 acre farm. No one lived there but was still owned by family. We went smack dab in the middle of the farm. We were laying at our tent facing south counting shooting stars and satellites. There were a lot of shooting stars that night. More than I have ever seen in my life. Next thing we know we are sitting up facing north facing our tent and saw a very bright flash behind us. The light was blinding bright. We looked back towards the house but no lights on. We commented on the flash because we were not close to the house or any roads so there should not have been any lights at all! We check our watches and realized it was 2 hours later and we both had a mark on our leg. Mine on inside left calf his outside right calf. My husband went to Dr a week later regarding his mark and they said it was a bug bite and its still present today. 18 yrs later we still do not know what happened during that lost time. We still have our marks. We saw your show and people so vividly remember their experiences. We are baffled as to why we can not remember ours.
