My husband and I were sitting on the outdoor patio on Saturday night, May 2nd apprx. 9 pm.I noticed a glowing blue light streak upwards VERY fast, then turn a bit and streak first east, then back west. It caught my attention because it moved very quickly. It disappeared around horizon line, then I ran to get my cell phone to record it and it was gone. A minute later, it came back again. This time, it came up and hovered for at least 2-3 minutes in the same spot, then moved slightly left, then very slowly, it started sinking to the horizon, then completely disappeared! When I say disappeared, I mean it was a if someone had shut the lights off. It was a royal/cobalt blue color, with flashes of white light. At first we thought someone was launching a drone, but when we watched the video and saw the speed, and the intense color, we knew it had to be something else.I called a hobby shop in my area that sells drones to ask if anyone knew anyone flying them at that hour. The sales guy seemed surprised and asked what I had seen. I said to him, please don't think I am a nut, and I told him the story. He said that he had seen the EXACT light on Thanksgiving 2014, and told his girlfriend and parents, and no one believed him. I went to the store and showed him the video I had and he was so thankful that someone else had seen it too and also recorded it.I hope you will be able to analyze my video. On my home computer, it comes out pretty clear, but when I email it or text it, it is very faint and hard to see. I uploaded it to You Tube, and you can see it a bit better.
