I was walking along the st.joseph river with my dogs like I usually do. this night was different it was South Bends 150th birthday weekend and there was helicopter rides and hot air balloons and lights and lots of people..i observed this light in the north north east sky it looked like at firat which I thought was the one of the helicopters but it wasn't and then I thought it was a plane I also thought it may have been one of those floating lanterns..nut it wasn't so I observed it at first change lights red green yellow bue then it was just red green and blue it hovered up and down then shot out at a diagonal then it went up and sown and then descended slowly like a floating feather then it sent back up this was going on for at least 10 minutes..i tried to video it and I even zoomed on it all I got was 30 seconds of video of the ground then my phone video cut off..i tried to record it again but my flash on my video went off since it was becoming dark it was around 937pm I notice the orb like red green blue turned to a white star like brightness.. well that startled me and I turned off video.. as soon as that happened the star like brightness went back to red green blue like orb.. I even asked to women who where walking behind me ..I told them do you see what I see..one told me yep its a plane.. they were not paying attention since they were more into there conversation then what I was looking at but they kept watching me as I walked in fron of them with my dogs..i notivce they kept noticing that I was watching the sky since I turned my head for a quick moment more like 6 seconds and it was gone..i don't know what I witnessed but planes and helicopters don't go off in diagonal directions then float down and then hover stationary...
