Waking from the boardwalk area towards Main Street in Asbury Park, NJ I noticed a dull, bluish white light maneuvering in the sky. The object would change its course erratically in ways that no plane could. There were no FAA lights. The object would pause in one place then move quickly, almost as if streaking to another place in the sky, sometimes curved and circular, sometimes a straight shot. I lost sight of the object when it seemingly disappeared.
