I was just standing on my balcony observing the moon. A hovering red ball of light caught my attention. From my viewpoint it looked like a red light that we commonly see on high rise apartments. But I knew, there were no apartments at that location. After hovering for about 7 mins, it moved. The red light was replaced with green and it made a circular path, it moved very quietly and quickly. It returned to the exact same hovering location. After being in this position for a minute, it slowly moved behind a building out of my line of sight. To give you an idea of how high it was, let me tell you that if I was living in the 30th floor then the object would be at eye level to me. I could not see any windows on the object, it just appeared like a red light that wasn't supposed to be there. The experience lasted approximately 10 mins. I don't have any real evidence in terms of video footage but I'm not sure what it was.. But it definitely wasn't a plane or a toy. The fact that it moved swiftly, quietly and the change in light from red when hovering and green when moving made me think.
