It was almost 11:30pm on May 23rd. I was fishing at my usual spot alone and on a nice night looking over the shipyard. At this time of night even with the businesses across the river the nights sky gets dark and crisp, it was a calm and quiet night. As I sit there fishing I tend to look around and take in my surroundings while relaxing by myself and nature. This is when out of no where about 8 or so lights just appear across the river. When they appeared my first thought was birds getting the light refelcted and I just didn't notice them, however I was quickly realizing they were not birds. The lights darted around in no particular fashion, weaving in and out of themselves as incredible speeds up down left right diagonal all over the place. I froze and just stared in awe, I was scared to grab my phone in fear of them disappearing when I looked away. Luckily for me they did not. I began recording (and not all the lights show up in the videos but multiple ones do) at this time it's pretty windy and I'm just watching these lights cut through the night sky. At one point about 4 lights split off from the group and go to the left side of the shipyard dancing around and flying at incredible flight movements. I was so shocked by what I was seeing u can even hear in the videos that I can't get a full sentence out. This goes on for about 4min the four lights meet up with the other lights bob around for a few seconds then vanish as quick as they appeared.
