I live in a valley between mountains & Was outside with niece when we saw it come over the mountain-top , flew for a few seconds & made a sudden stop , hovered about 3-4 seconds then flew straight to about middle of valley & changed course from due East to south-east. It came to a sudden stop & regained it's speed in an instant. Not long after we saw a plane, maybe 15-25 minutes later at roughly same altitude ( although heading in an opposite direction )& figuring a 550 mph cruising speed was similar to that of a the plane. The size of the UFO , however was maybe 3-4 times larger. The UFO was NOT a typical disc-shape but a looked as if it was 2 disc's atop 1 another or a single taller object. You could see the lights ( possibly widows? ) in 2 rows or 2 circles above & below with 1 light at bottom center. There was 4 or 5 lights at each level of the craft. All lights were a bright white ( no red or green Navigation lights , like on a plane). I know we have planes in our inventory that can hover ( harrier , etc.) , but none that I know of that are that big. Hell , I'm not sure if we have planes that large...period! No sure if this helps but it flew under/through the (Ursa Major) , Big Dipper constellation. Below is a picture I found on google-images to give an idea of the general shape , but there was only 4 to 5 lights (I think it was 5) , on both levels.
