I was standing on my porch Saturday Aug. 22nd, at approx 9pm when I noticed a red light coming from the south east. It was flying at what seemed to be a low cloud height and it flew slowly with no sound. As it got closer I tried to see what it was. The red light seemed to flicker. I kept my eyes on it trying to see if I could distinguish some sort of structure but I could only see the bright red light. It flew over head & out of sight over my house. As I turned to look in the same SE direction from which it came I could see another coming. I kept my eyes on this one too as it flew over my neighbor's house. It too was to bright to make out what it was. This is my 2nd sighting of these bright red lights. The first sighting was approx. 2 weeks prior at sunset. My mother was on the porch and she yelled for me to come look. The bright red, slow flying light came across our home in the same way mentioned above. There were 3 that flew over my home with approx 40 seconds in between each. A fourth light came from the same direction except for this time when the light got approximately a 4 blocks away it split into 2 separate lights, both still flying slowly but one went NW and the other more west towards Crestwood/Orland. I live near Midway airport and have watched planes overhead all of my life. These were not airplanes. I also have had a prior UFO sighting in Jan 2009 in Orland Park, IL that was very different than this one. I believe wholeheartedly that there are extraterrestrials & that I witnessed 2 different kinds. Can anyone tell me what these red lights are?
