I am reporting this on behalf of a friend who does not wish to be identified or traced. The following however is HIS account, and the photographs he took are HIS photos, taken with his phone. In his words:------------------------------------It was the night of June 12, 2015, early morning of June 13th. Between midnight and 2 AM, approximately 1 AM or so. I was outside just relaxing, and suddenly I looked up and saw this strange object. I just happened to look up and see it.Immediately I could tell it wasn't normal. If I had to describe it, as crazy as this will sound, I would say it looked like some sort of robotic space craft. It was a dark green metallic looking, hexagonal shaped cylinder. This cylinder was rotating, and had what I can only call plasma-looking light sources burning out of several apertures on the tail end. These were white in color, with some reddish orange as well. It did not look like fire or like lights. It looked like some sort of "energy" which is why I say plasma. That's the closest thing to it my mind can come up with.At the opposite end (what I call the "head") was a black cone shaped, pointed head. Like a space capsule or a rounded triangle of some kind. This portion was not rotating like the hexagonal cylinder was, and had no lights of any kind.The object's surface looked somehow very old and worn to me, but was clearly metallic. Despite how old and beat up it looked, it was clearly technologically advanced. It wasn't some drone or an ordinary air craft. I got a clear look at it, and it definitely wasn't normal.Based on my estimated distance from it, and other measurement factors, myself and a friend estimated its size as somewhere between 30 and 70 feet in length (depending upon distance,) and no more than 144 feet away.It moved across the trees at that approximate distance, then stopped and hovered. As it hovered, it seemed to descend very slightly. The rear portion never stopped rotating. I looked down at my phone to get a picture, which I succeeded in doing. When I looked back up, it was vanishing out of view due to distance and obstruction. I did not see it again after this.There were no unusual sensations or feelings, other than being very weirded out by it.------------------------------I, his friend, reporting this on his behalf, saved and renamed the images.
