I was driving and I saw a bright orangeish bright light in the sky and I stopped and started watching it and it moved fast to the left and then it dropped down fast then shot back up and it looked like it went behind a cloud and then it literally disappeared. I started watching it because I saw a really bright light and it was relatively close to the ground but it was right above the Hudson river. It looked like it was trying to hide behind the cloud but it was gone. The lights were to bright for me to have not seen it. It was also a full moon and the sky was pretty clear so I only saw that one cloud and didn't really see another cloud after. I've always believed in ufos and this was the second time I've seen one in 3 years.
