Approximately 10:20 pm my wife and I were sitting in the backyard looking south. We noticed a flashing light approximately the same size as a star. The light flashed and did not seem to move as a repeated flashing. I got out my cell phone turned it to stopwatch and used a lap timer with my wife telling me when the light flashed so I could look at the phone. The light was flashing 26.4 seconds I timed it for three consecutive flashes. on the seventh or eighth flash there was a flash within a half a second just slightly to the north east of the original location, Followed by another flash approximately one second later in that same line heading north east an easy 30° of sky between the original location and the last flash. The location of the original flash point was the two stars in the tale of the goat constellation. The final flash was slightly east of the dolphin constellation. Absolutely no noise was heard totally clear cloudless night.
