I was leaving my home on Squirrel Run in Lancaster NY around 3:00pm when I saw a bright silvery cigar shaped craft through tree branches. I drove to an open area. The sky was clear and blue.The craft was traveling left to right from the side of my vehicle and I was looking at it through the front passenger window. It seemed to be slowing down almost stationary and then moving slowly. It was approximately 1000 to 2000 feet in elevation. It made no sound, left no exhaust and it was close enough and large enough that I would easily see wings if it were an airplane.Then suddenly it appeared to be traveling away from me instead of left to right because it got smaller until it vanished. When that happened I got out of my vehicle to look for it and I saw nothing but a blue sky. A few seconds later I heard the roar of what sounded like a military fighter flying overhead but I couldn't get a visual of it. The UFO might have flown away because it was being chased by a military jet. I have had a few other UFO encounters once when I was about 5 years old in 1966 which was an oval shaped craft flying over my home in Buffalo on York street. That vehicle made no sound and had multi colored lights circle around the entire craft. Another contact occurred at the address at my sighting yesterday about a year before my divorce in 2002. That craft was a circular one at least a mile up and the entire craft pulsed bright to dim and hovered for about 5 minutes over my home before moving away and vanishing. I have seen orbs in my home and strange 3 toed footprints in the snow that led to the side of my home at my daughters bedroom window then ended there which was pointed out by my son. I made one report with 3 Mufon ufologists about 5 years ago about the sighting when I was around 5 years old with my son who reported strange happenings at our home that he told me about that I he didn't tell me until I mentioned the orbs that I saw and he said he saw similar after I moved out and that his mother also experienced who thinks the house is haunted.
