This event happened on Christmas night 2015 at 5:50 pm on trimmer road in stoutsville ohio. These were the weather conditions at that time temp 50.0 F dew point 43.0 F humidity 77% baramotric pressure 30.24 invisibility 10.0 mi winds North at 3.5 mph. estimated could base was 2430.556 feet.A friend and myself were at my grandparents house and went outside, and walked behind the garage and were standing there talking. I looked at my phone and he said what is that in the sky i looked up and saw a bright white like like the landing light on a plane or helicopter. At first it moved very slow but once we really started paying attention it started to accelerate very fast it entered a cloud in front of us and we waited a couple seconds it did not exit the cloud but appeared in another cloud and kept repeating that like it was skipping from cloud to cloud we never saw it in open sky just in the clouds.The light did not light up the entire cloud only the light its self was visible. It moved in a straight line from west to east there was no noise or flashing lights of any kind we watched it for about 2-3 minutes until it was too far for us to see any more The 2 images i included are from google earth with some annotations
