I am at work in Chillicothe no, when I stepped outside to have a ciggerete, I noticed a very bright light in the sky, at first I thought it was a star but the more I looked at it the less sure I was as I could not vissably see any other stars in the sky. The phenomenon seemed to glad very quickly between many different colors no discernible pattern. It remained stationary over an hour. I did not keep it under constant survallence as I was working but I would h back outside at regular intervals to see if the object was still present. I could observe 2 smaller lights with it one directly below it and on below and to the right of the phenomenon, I recorded cell phone video footage of the phenomenon, though the 2 smaller lights were not visible on the phones camera only to the naked eye.
