My daughter and I where walking to a store a couple blocks away. It was night around 9pm. Well we where coming upon to a stop sign where we cross to get on the same side as the store.we noticed the street light. The light of the pole was not where it was suppose to be. It was bouncing and swaying on the outside. Kinda like those paddles with the ball attached. We didn't cross we just started at it for a bit. I turned to my daughter and said you see that. She said yes and we started crossing the road. As we did the light stopped moving and went into the pole where the light was suppose to be. We looked at each other like how did it do that. We walked under it looking up at it and it had a cover. We became very puzzled and worried because we were the only ones out at that moment. We just wanted to get to the store. I first thought of was Tinkerbell. I'm so puzzled on what we saw. I need some sort of explanation or insight of what happen. I tried google search, YouTube,ect to see if anyone else ever had a sighting like this before. I can't find anything similar to what we seen. What was flying around this street light?
