Triangular neutral-silvery object with 3 circular illuminations in each corner on the underside seen for 15 minutesCleveland east side, November 2, 2015 : Bright object about 60 degree angle seen in the northeast sky at 4:20 pm. I observed for it a good solid 4 minutes while it did nothing but remain stationary high up in the sky. It did not shift, bounce, vibrate, or jiggle. My husband ran in the house and came out with binoculars which we used to view the object. We were able to see that it was clearly a triangle shape, that it was a rather neutral looking silvery color, and that it had 3 distinct circular illuminations located near each corner on the underside. The illuminating light was white and bright. The light never blinked, but was continuous. We viewed the object for a total time of 15 minutes from when I first noticed it.It appeared to stay in one place, but several times as I viewed it through the binoculars, I was able to see it rotate as it stayed in the exact same place.Then it seemed to go higher and get smaller. From my vantage point, it appeared to go slightly north as it got smaller.There was no sound, no trail, & no ongoing linear movement.
