The witness and her husband were on their way home from his parents' home about midnight. They were sitting at an intersection on Somerlot Hoffman Road West in Marion, Ohio.All of a sudden the objects (3) appeared immediately above the tree line.(It was a country road.) There were 3 groups of lights, 2 large groups and a smaller group. The smaller group shot across the road towards the church across the road, then all 3 disappeared as suddenly as they had appeared. They were only visible for a brief moment,maybe less than a minute. The witness and her husband saw them at the same time and were very startled. It was something they had never seen before. Because it happened so suddenly, the size is something they are unsure of. they estimate the 2 larger objects to be about half the size of a compact car. It was a strange experience, and the witnesses, who had no prior experience or belief in ufo's were quite disturbed by the sighting.
