1. Where were you and what were you doing at the time?I was in my front yard at 8:30pm looking at the sky with my head on a swivel, as usual, at the specific time.2. What made you first notice the object? The slow and/or no speed of the object and no noise from it that I could detect. Object never exceeded the speed of a Cessna and was Cessna sized or slightly bigger, I'm guessing by the size of its lights.3. What did you think the object was when you first noticed it? With no noise and the ability to come to a dead stop, I thought it was an ET-UFO for the first 5 seconds of seeing it then I had second thoughts. Object had regulation FAA navigation lights that never broke sequence. Object never broke its altitude. Object never broke its slow counterclockwise orbit or orbit diameter until it finally left, at Cessna speed, in straight line path, headed due S then headed due E, at 9:53pm. Object never made any crazy UFO moves. 4. Describe the object and its actions and motions in detail.When I first saw the object it was approaching the SW corner of its 5-10 mile wide orbit at about 10,000 feet. The SW corner of its orbit was nearly directly over my house, where it would come to a dead stop for 15-30 seconds on each orbit it made, with no noise that I could detect. I'm guessing it completed about 6-8 orbits over the 1 hour and 11 minutes that I watched it, until it finally departed the area at Cessna speed.5. Describe your feelings, reactions and actions, during and after sighting the object.I was waiting for it to make "an ET-UFO move" but it never did.6. How did you lose sight of the object? Object finally broke its orbits at 9:53pm and headed due S over Orange County then made a turn heading due E. When the object broke its orbit and headed S it damn near flew exactly between me and a full moon allowing me to see its entire outline, back-lit by the moon. Skies were cloudless and visibility was unlimited. I had a split second to see what outline that I could see but it was NOT saucer shaped. Whatever it was it was very skinny. Stick-like. I'm about 99% positive it was some type of unknown(to me), man-made, V/STOL, fixed wing, USAF drone. I heard zero noise of any rotor chop coming from it. It was basically silent at its altitude level.
