I saw a ufo tonight .Around 8-8:30 september 16th 2016...The ship was going down the red river up here in manitoba canada heading north ... i was going on a tour of the lower fort garry museum ....It had two deep yellow lights on both sides of the ship that look like long slightly curved jelly beans that flashed ...With white rotating light circling on the bottom it was clocked in the clouds.. but its lights gave it away ....As it was flying in the clouds just above or in the tree line which was not much going about 80 miles an hour it might have been slower but i only saw it for seconds ..I tried to scream to some people to look ..They were working in a shelter about 150 feet away from me and i think the angle was not right for them to see ...They missed it ...But at first i thought it was geese lol like on fire or some sort of plane through the trees that were along the river ridge ..What else could it be ...Until i saw it through the opening/clearing of the trees ...I think that is the closest i have ever seen one of those ships ....They sure are trying to make themselves more know lately with all the reports ...I think they are going to make us aware of their persents to us soon
