The shighting was spoted, while we were in the front of the Palmbeach Hotel in Jomtien Beach Pattaya around 7pm on 24.10.2016
A very bright Light was seen over the water, through the Palm trees, wich at first we thought it was a star, my guess Venus or Mars, but as I went down to the Beach to get a better look because it was more dark without the street lights, i realized that it could not be in fact a star because at that time no stars were visible due to the fact that it was very early after dusk. We rulled out also the posibility that it could be a Plane because it hovered at a fix point for more than 20 minutes. We tried to take a picture with our phones but the object was very far away at a quite high altitude and nothing was shown in the pictures. At one point the object dimmed, burned brighter in white and took off in less than one second to the right as we were watching, disapearing over the sea. This event was witnessed by 5 persons, including myself.
