About 5 weeks ago while walking our dog, we were noticing a bright light in the sky which was flashing. it was brighter than any star and flashing, but not moving. after about 3 nights of seeing this in the same place, we decided to observe with our telescope. object is round, surrounded by bright lights. the lights seem to be in rows, lining the outer edges of the object. the lights change color - white, red, yellow, blue and green. the object moves, rotating on it's axis. it appears at approximately the same time each night. we first see in the upper left line of sight, and it slowly moves in a diagonal track to the lower right line of sight, until we cannot see it anymore due to tree line. it takes about 30 minutes until we can no longer see it. there has been an increased amount of airplanes and helicopters flying by during these sightings. we don't usually see this many airplanes fly by. we have attached a 35mm digital camera to our telescope and have been able to take pictures as well as video.
