At around 8:00pm est, i went outside to let my dogs out. i immediately looked up to see a very bright white light moving slowly across the sky. my first thought was that it was a satellite, but it was way too bright to be one. it also wobbled very slightly and would change speed and direction at various times during the 2 minutes it was in sight. it seemed to be banking to the northeast instead of north like it was when i first spotted it. i couldn't keep my eyes off the object until it disappeared over the treeline. i tried to get a decent picture with my galaxy s6, but the low light made it difficult to snap anything substantial. about 10 minutes after the object was out of sight, a low flying helicopter unlike any i've seen around here flew along the same path as the white orb object.
