Strange bright light patterns in nearby fieldsMy husband witnessed on 219 at the turner/hartford line where there are two fields on each side of the road an extremely bright light that bounced around in an odd pattern hovering above these fields, there was no noise, five other vehicles pulled over witnessing the event, he tried to take a video or photo but his cell phone stopped working properly, it was still there when he drove off.
