I was standing under my carport to watch the meteor shower which was to start at 2230. while watching my wife and i observed a flashing spotlight which was stationary. flashed several times. this went on for a week. at one point the flashing spotlight moved from stationary point heading south curving southeast at a slow pace. i have seen this flashing before in el paso, texas at 0330 hrs (date forgotten) 2010. years afterward while watching unsealed ufo files, it was noted on one show about that sighting. also in 2010 while in new mexico about 2130 hrs, i observed a bright light, like an afterburner, leaving earth! i also observed it one other time here in ky. same thing, afterburner leaving earth. both time it was just below and right of the moon heading up the right side on the moon until it disappeared.
