I was driving home for work on north bound 509/99 coming from normandy park heading towards seattle. around 4:45 i had looked up to my right (north east) and at about my two o'clock there it was. way lower than the airplanes in their landing formations and moving very much. there were two blue lights not blinking and somewhat hazy on the outside of what seemed to be wings. it was hard to make out any shape. the center had five white lights not blinking. three on top two below the three. it slow began to disappear from the blue lights into the white, then reappeared to my direct left behind some trees and then i was no longer in position to see anything.
