I saw a very slow moving starlike ufo, moving towards the northwest. i was taking my dog outside when i noticed it. it was very slowly moving across the night sky. there was no noise, and the object keep changing colors between white, yellow and red! it was moving way to quietly and slowly to be a jet, or plane. it was about 1:15/1:20 am in to the morning. there were no clouds at the time either, and i even saw a plane move about this object at the same time. not sure what i was seeing. please do investigate! thank you!
